Vision and Mission

My goal is to bring the rewarding experience of yoga to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

I enjoy helping others reduce stress and find yoga-based solutions that may relieve and reverse the effects of various physical and mental conditions.  I’ve experienced many of these conditions myself, and have found yoga has helped them all.

My belief is that yoga is an activity with huge payoffs for the time and energy invested.  As you practice, you’ll find the benefits of yoga are profound, often in unexpected ways.  The effects are cumulative, and increase as you continue returning to your mat over time.  Body, mind, and spirit will thrive as you achieve a greater state of balance through your practice.

I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Red Sun Yoga in Winter Springs in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation in May 2008.

I’ve participated in additional workshops and training through Red Sun Yoga and Yoga Journal conferences.

I’ve completed 500-hour Teacher Training at St. Petersburg Yoga, with a concentration in Yoga Therapy.

I gained three months' experience teaching yoga to orthopedic patients in a medical rehab environment.

I have insurance with Philadelphia Fitness and Wellness Insurance and am registered with Yoga Alliance.
